The Municipality of Calvin, nestled south of the Mattawa River near Algonquin Park, offers stunning natural landscapes and attractions like Samuel de Champlain Provincial Park, the Canadian Ecology Centre, the Eau Claire Gorge Conservation Area, and the Voyageur Multi-Use Trail System. Overcoming challenges, the pioneers built a thriving community in this rugged terrain. Established in 1881 and named after Dileno Dexter Calvin, a notable lumber industry figure, the township has flourished with abundant agricultural and grazing land. The arrival of the Canadian Central Railway further fueled growth and connectivity. Today, Calvin maintains its timeless charm while welcoming visitors with open arms.

Fire Rating Module: The inclusion of a Fire Rating module allows local residents to easily access crucial information about fire ratings and associated rules and by-laws from our quick view widget. This tool ensures that residents stay informed about fire risks and can take appropriate measures to protect themselves and their communities, ultimately enhancing their safety and preparedness.

8. Service Requests Module: Our service request module offers a convenient and user-friendly self-serve online tool, allowing residents to effortlessly submit their requests. With our module, managing and addressing residents’ needs has never been easier, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

9. Meetings & Agendas: Implementing the Meetings & Agendas module allow us to simplify the process of sharing upcoming meetings. With this module, Municipal staff can easily add their upcoming meetings, including agenda packages, important documents, and livestream links. Once the meeting is concluded, the module automatically archives the event and allows the addition of meeting minutes to be published. This streamlined approach ensures efficient management of meetings and agendas, enhancing transparency and accessibility for the community.

10. Website Analytics: The deliverables included the implementation of website analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and other relevant metrics, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
